Q1: What is the material of your product?

All of products are made by high quality stainless steel and gold plated. Jewelry decorates with iced zircon.

Q2: Where are your products made?

The most of our products are made in China unless otherwise stated.

Q3: Can I go in water?

We recommend taking some preventive measures, although we offer extremely high quality PVD plating on all our products. Please avoid wearing jewelry while swimming or bathing in hot springs.

Q4: How long does the product keep color?

Usually 3-6 months, all the gold we use is real, most of our jewelry is copper with a real gold plating, and it doesn't fade.

Q1: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is very important for us. If you are not satisfied with our service or products, please contact us first. We offer a refund service within 30-days

Q1: How do I make a return?

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery, we offer 100% refund. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

In order to efficiently solve your return & refund problem, please email support@alliceonyou.com with the subject 'returns' and include your full order number, full name and the reason for the return.

Q2: How to settle the charges of returning items?

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

Q3：How soon can I receive my refund?

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
